OUR COMMITMENT

Since 1976, we have weatherized over 17,000 Minnesota homes. As a leader in outreach and education in the treatment of lead, we have tested thousands of children for lead poisoning, made more than 2000 owner-occupied and rental homes lead-safe, and trained hundreds of people on how to successfully address home hazards. SRC holds a Minnesota General Contractors license and employs licensed Lead Supervisors, Lead Workers, Healthy Homes Practitioners and BPI-Certified Building Analysts, Home Energy Auditors and Quality Control Inspectors.

OUR VISION

Our vision is that all people live in homes that are safe, energy efficient, have healthy indoor air quality, and are free of excess moisture, mold, toxins and pests. Building on our record of success and to increase the impact of our work, we have adopted a comprehensive healthy homes model of intervention to ensure homes are healthy for their occupants.
